Rooms have the standard amenities you would expect for a hotel of this magnitude.

Hotel staff were gracious, and helped out with anything requested. I left my key in the room on the first day, and they helpfully provided a duplicate key without any trouble.

When asked they also provided pillows to sleep on that were more firm than the ones normally provided. I like a nice firm pillow, and the ones they had just didn't give enough support.
