Brown Derby Old Fashion French Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 Cup water
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 2-1/2 Tbsp Salt
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 each Bead Garlic, chopped
• 3 Cups Salad Oil
• 1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
• 1 tsp English Mustard
• 1 Cup Olive Oil

Method of Preparation

Blend together all ingredients except oils, the add olive oil and salad oils, and mix well again. Blend well before mixing with salad. Keep under refrigeration.

Yield: 1-1/2 Quarts
