Experiences

• Rooms have the standard amenities you would expect for a hotel of this magnitude.

• Hotel staff were gracious, and helped out with anything requested. I left my key in the room on the first day, and they helpfully provided a duplicate key without any trouble.

• When asked they also provided pillows to sleep on that were more firm than the ones normally provided. I like a nice firm pillow, and the ones they had just didn't give enough support.

Problems

• OK, this may seem a bit silly, but the furniture that they place in the rooms, specifically the chairs, leave a bit to be desired. You see, the rooms are, of course, carpeted. The chairs that they have placed in the rooms do not slide over the carpet easily, which makes getting into and out of them when they are pulled up to the desk in the room a bit of a pain. As I said, this is a bit of a silly complaint, and really a minor one.
