This is a small Japanese restaurant on University Avenue, across the street from the University of Florida, specifically across the street from Fletcher Hall.

Went to eat sushi here for the first time. Ordered a Florida roll and a Kiwi roll.

Florida Roll

This was quite nice, with both tuna and salmon plus cream cheese. It has a good solid feel in the mouth when eating it.

Kiwi Roll

This is an interesting choice, as it is basically a tuna roll with a slice of kiwi placed on top. What this does is cause an instant of sweetness on the palate prior to the taste of the rice and fish to settle in. Quite nice, really.
