- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- salt & pepper
- About 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce,
- 1/4 cup parmesan.....
Procedure
Dry noodles really well. I put them on a clean teatowel and then pat them dry. Pull out spinach and squeeze out whatever moisture you can. Mix spinach, cheeses, s&p, nutmeg with egg.
