Dry noodles really well. I put them on a clean teatowel and then pat them dry. Mix spinach, cheeses, s&p, nutmeg with egg. Spread about a 1/3 cup mixture on each noodle. Roll up and stand up in a greased casserole dish, about 8" round or square. Pour sauce over noodles, cover.

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • salt & pepper
